We use the information we collect to provide and improve our Service. We may use your personal information to communicate with you about our Service and to send you marketing materials. Further, we reserve the right to transfer all of our information about you as part of the transfer of your End User Agreement if ML is acquired or otherwise transferred

However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

When you initially download the MLeads Application, you may have the benefit of a Free Forever plan (single user) with up to 100 leads.

During the free plan, the Privacy Policy set forth herein shall govern ML’s use of your information and data.

All of our End User’s information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices or to an established data storage entity. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to Personally Identifiable Information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

Any time new policies are added our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customer’s information is protected.

Finally, the servers that store Personally Identifiable Information are kept in a secure environment and maintained by storage professionals.

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Registration : In order to use the ML Application; an End User must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the MLeads application and to set up a private storage account for information that the End User enters when using the MLeads Application. Further, the IRS requires us to obtain the User’s social security number if the End User makes more than $500 in referral fees as part of our Referral, Affiliate, and Event Organizer programs, which we will be obligated to share.

Cookies : A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any Personally Identifiable Information while on our site. Once the site user closes their browser, for instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers).

Supplemental Information Requests : From time to time, we may ask you for additional information. Such requests may occur when you apply for one of our programs, show interest in a promotion that we sponsor, or if you have questions or concerns about our products or services.

Personally Identifiable Information: Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains.

For example, Non-Personally Identifiable Information would include, but not be limited to, the type of device which is running the MLeads Application or the number of emails or Twitter messages sent through the MLeads Application. As stated above we do not share Personally Identifiable Information with our customers or Advertisers. However, we need to obtain Personally Identifiable Information for many administrative purposes that allow us to serve you better.

The following subclauses enlist our use of the Personally Identifiable Information we collect:

(i) Name & Address is used to contact you if the need arises. E-mail is used to communicate with you.

(ii) Social Security Number, while not currently collected, will be needed for tax purposes when an End User, Affiliate or Event Sponsor earns more than $500 in a given year.

(iii) Credit Card Information is used to charge you the subscription fee for the use of the MLeads Application in accordance with the payment plan you have selected.

(iv) PayPal Account Information, while not currently being collected, may be used in the future to allow for direct deposit of referral fees earned

Sharing: We may share aggregated Non-Personally Identifiable Information with our customers, partners, and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

On occasion, we may partner with another party to provide specific services, such as direct deposit banking. If you choose to sign up for one of these services, we only will share information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

These parties are not allowed to use Personally Identifiable Information except for the purpose of providing these services.

You authorize us to disclose any and all information about you to government or law enforcement officials who reasonably request such information from us.

We reserve the right to disclose only that information we believe to be necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.

We also send site and service announcement updates. End Users are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service and the MLeads Application.

We typically communicate with the End User to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via E-mail.

If an End User’s Personally Identifiable Information changes (such as your zip code), or if an End User no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can be done at the member’s information page or by emailing our Customer Support

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage for thirty days so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use Personally Identifiable Information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.

Whether the dispute is heard in an arbitration or in court of law, the parties will not commence against the other a class action, class arbitration, or representative action or proceeding. As an Affiliate Program Participant of Mobile Leads LLC (“ML”), you can expect the same attention to privacy as if you were an MLeads Application End User (“End User”).

The ML Privacy Policy applies to our Affiliate Program Participants just as it does to our End Users, even though the information collected from each is somewhat different.

A primary difference is that End Users do not want their names shared, but that Affiliate websites want theirs shared. Accordingly, we will share the names of our Affiliate websites in the hope that it can drive even more traffic to our Affiliates websites.

To the extent that we collect Business Sensitive Information from our Affiliates, we will treat it like an End User’s Personally Identifiable Information and we will not share it with anyone. Business Sensitive Information includes the name of the owner of the Affiliate site, their phone number and fax numbers, their Street address, tax identification number or social security number, and tax classification.

Keep in mind that some of this information may already be available to the public through other sources.

Finally, the privacy of every End User, including those that enroll from a link provided by your Affiliate website will be protected.

Devices and Software. You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do not supply. For as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services, including automatically.

Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for all carrier data plans and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services. We may charge you for our Services, including applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel orders. We do not provide refunds for our Services, except as required by law. You should ensure you can contact your relevant emergency services providers through a mobile, fixed-line telephone, or other services.

CONTACTS ACCESS: We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal data seriously. Our app requires access to your phone contacts to [provide the lead management service that the app is intended to provide] and we will be storing your phone contacts on our servers.
